Martyr of Quds Seminar held at Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad

Islamabad (Palestine Foundation Information Center) A seminar entitled Martyr of Quds and Kashmir was held at Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad under the auspices of Palestine Foundation Pakistan (PLF) and Kashmir Youth Alliance in collaboration with Department of defense and Strategic Studies to pay tribute to the martyrs of Quds and Kashmir, in which the speakers strongly condemned the Israeli aggression in Gaza for 100 days and called upon the international community to stand with the oppressed people of Palestine, the speakers paid tribute to the martyrs of Quds, especially martyr Qasim Soleimani, martyr Saleh al-Aroori and martyr Burhan Wani, including the martyrs of Pakistan.

Among the speakers was the Secretary General of Palestine Foundation Pakistan Dr. Sabir Abu Maryam, President of Kashmir Youth Alliance Dr. Syed Mujahid Geelani, former Minister of Azad Kashmir Fawzia Yaqoob, well-known Anchorperson Harmeet Singh, Professor Shabana Fayaz.

Professor Shabana Fayyaz said that Israel is violating human rights in Palestine, while the Modi government is working on Israel’s model in Occupied Kashmir.

Dr. Sabir Abu Maryam said that 100 days have passed, the genocide of the Palestinian people continues, there is no example of Israel’s brutality on Palestine, Palestinians, Americans and citizens of other countries are all equal in humanity. He said that the land of Palestine It is the right of Palestinians to defend women and children. Israel has occupied 88% of the land of Palestine. .

Fawzia Yaqub said in her speech that Kashmir and Palestine are two major problems of the world, the solution of which is necessary for the peace of the world, whether they are the martyrs of Kashmir or the martyrs of Palestine, they are fighting for their freedom, we salute their perseverance. presenting.

Dr. Syed Mujahid Gilani said that the hearts of Kashmiris beat with Palestine, they are the voice of Palestine even while they are under occupation. Be it Burhan Wani or Saleh Al Aruri, they are the martyrs of the war of independence and are the pillars of the Muslim Ummah.

Well-known anchorperson Harmeet Singh said that since the start of Israel’s genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, nearly 24000 Palestinians have been martyred, missing or injured in the Gaza Strip. At least 17000 Palestinians kids have been killed in Gaza.

More than 110 Palestinian journalists have been martyred in 100 days, this problem is a problem of humanity and every human being has to raise his voice for this problem.

At the end of the seminar, the students of Quaid-e-Azam University asked questions to the speakers, the students expressed their solidarity with the people of Palestine and said that we will continue to perform our duties for this cause.
