JORDAN VALLEY(Palestine Foundation Information Center) One Jewish settler was killed and another one was injured on Sunday afternoon when their cars came under gunfire attack from Palestinian resistance fighters in the northern Jordan Valley, northeast of the occupied West Bank.
According to the Hebrew media, at least one Palestinian opened fire from a passing vehicle at Israeli cars traveling on Route 90 in the Jordan Valley, particularly at the Mehola junction, injuring two Israeli passengers, one of them critically.
Later, the settler in critical condition was pronounced dead.
A manhunt has been launched for the resistance fighter(s)’ vehicle, while the Israeli occupation forces have raided several Palestinian villages in the northern Jordan Valley.
