Occupied Palestine – At least 115 Palestinian citizens have been injured during violent Israeli raid on the al-Aqsa Mosque Compound following the early morning (Fajr) prayer.
The Israeli occupation forces broke into the al-Aqsa Mosque Compound on Friday at dawn and attacked the worshipers who gathered at the mosque for performing the early morning (Fajr) prayer
The Palestinian Red Crescent said that it evacuated 152 injured worshipers from the al-Aqsa Mosque to hospitals.
The Palestinian Red Crescent added that the Israeli forces hindered ambulances from approaching the al-Aqsa Mosque, indicating that several injuries remained trapped inside the mosque.
It pointed out that its crews have dealt with injuries ranged between rubber bullets, stun grenades, tear gas canisters, and severely beatings.
The Red Crescent also said that it opened a field hospital for the wounded inside the mosque.
The Israeli occupation forces attacked Palestinian worshipers inside the al-Aqsa Mosque compound, including women, elderlies, children, journalists, and even guards of the mosque.
