GAZA (Palestine Foundation Information Center) A Palestinian citizen was pronounced dead on Monday after he succumbed to serious bullet injuries he sustained recently when the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) opened fire at him in southern Gaza.
According to local sources, Mohamed an-Najjar died of injuries he sustained a few days ago after Israeli forces opened fire at a group of citizens as they were checking on their homes in Khuza’a town, east of Khan Yunis.
Yesterday, an Israeli airstrike killed three policemen and injured others as they were protecting humanitarian aid in ash-Shawka town, east of Rafah.
Since the ceasefire agreement took effect on January 19, the IOF has killed over 110 civilians and injured hundreds.
