WEST BANK (Palestine Foundation Information Center) A 17-year-old teen was killed after the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed Askar al-Jadeed camp east of the city of Nablus in the northern West Bank on Sunday evening.
The Palestinian Health Ministry affirmed that Moataz Ahmed Abdel Wahab Madani, 17, was killed by Israeli gunfire in Askar camp in Nablus.
The Red Crescent Society reported that the IOF troops handed over an injured boy to its crews after clashes erupted in the area following the raid.
The injured was transferred to Rafidia Hospital in critical condition before he was proclaimed dead.
Local sources reported that the clashes erupted near the hill of the Askar al-Jadeed camp after the Israeli forces used live bullets, as well as sound bombs and tear gas, on locals during their raid.
Other victims in the IOF shooting are in “stable” condition at Rafidia Governmental Hospital, the ministry added.
