WEST BANK (Palestine Foundation Information Center) Two Palestinian teenagers have been wounded by Israeli army gunfire in Ni’lin, west of the West Bank city of Ramallah, on Friday evening.
The Israeli forces raided the town, triggering confrontations amid heavy fire of teargas bombs and live ammunition.
The gun-toting soldiers fired live ammunition and tear gas canisters, hitting the two, aged 16 and 17, and causing others to suffer from tear gas inhalation.
Eyewitnesses reported that the Israeli forces also arrested another teen, and set up a military checkpoint north of the town, where several vehicles were stopped and searched.
