OCCUPIED JERUSALEM, (The Palestine Information Centre)The Israeli police forces arrested a Palestinian child in the Old City of Occupied Jerusalem on Thursday evening.
The Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs Authority affirmed that the 13-year-old Muhammad Qaws was detained on Thursday evening.
On the other hand, the Israeli authorities sentenced a young Jerusalemite man to 15 months in prison and extended the administrative detention of another Jerusalemite prisoner for the third time in a row for a month.
The detention of six other Jerusalemites, including a child, was extended for different periods of time.
Along the same line, the Israeli authorities imposed house arrest on the Jerusalemite child, Amir Najeeb, plus a fine of 1,000 shekels, and a ban on social media use.
Meanwhile, a group of Jewish settlers closed Street 90 in Al-Auja town, north of occupied Jericho, while provocatively raising the Israeli flag.
