GAZA, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), A Palestinian citizen was martyred on Monday morning in an Israeli attack in Gaza City’s ash-Shuja’iya neighborhood, amid ongoing ceasefire violations in different areas.
A medical source said that a citizen was killed by Israeli gunfire in ash-Shuja’iya.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces carried out artillery shelling and opened gunfire in various areas of the Gaza Strip.
According to local sources, Israeli forces shelled areas east of Khan Yunis and Rafah in southern Gaza.
Israeli gunboats also opened machinegun fire towards the coastal waters of Gaza City, whose eastern outskirts were simultaneously subjected to artillery shelling.
Since the ceasefire agreement took effect on October 10, 2025, Israeli attacks have killed about 618 Palestinians, including 194 children and 84 women, and injured 1,602 others.
