NABLUS (Palestine Foundation Information Center) A Palestinian young man was killed and another one was injured on Monday morning during clashes between local youths and the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) in Nablus City.
According to the Red Crescent, a young man with a critical bullet injury in his chest and another one with a leg injury were rushed by ambulance crews to the hospital.
Soon later, the young man suffering from the chest injury was pronounced dead. He was identified as Yazan Shtayyeh.
A medical source at the Rafidia Hospital said that a third young also suffers from critical bullet injuries in his chest and abdomen.
Local sources said that undercover Israeli soldiers infiltrated into al-Marij neighborhood in Nablus and raided a building belonging to the family of Judallah before military reinforcements stormed the area.
They added that the Israeli forces ordered a Palestinian to turn himself in during the raid on the building in the city, amid clashes with resistance fighters in the area.
Resistance fighters reportedly attacked IOF vehicles with a homemade explosive device in al-Marij neighborhood.
