NAZARETH (Palestine Foundation Information Center) A Palestinian citizen was shot dead after he carried out a stabbing and shooting operation that killed one Israeli and injured at least three others on Sunday morning in Holon area in Tel Aviv.
According to the Hebrew media, the Israeli police initially said four people were wounded, but later medical sources confirmed that a woman succumbed to her wounds, while two men were in critical condition and another one was in moderate condition.
The Palestinian, who carried out the attack, could be a resistance fighter from the West Bank, according to police speculations. They said he was “neutralized” and that a search was underway for other suspects in Holon, where the incident occurred.
Media reports said that the operation was only a stabbing attack while others said it involved stabbing and shooting.
