WEST BANK, (Palestine Foundation Information Center) A Palestinian citizen was martyred and eight others were injured on Saturday evening when a horde of armed Jewish settlers attacked Aqraba town, south of Nablus in the occupied West Bank.
According to the Red Crescent, a young man died from a bullet wound to the chest, and eight other civilians sustained various gunshot injuries — mostly to their lower extremities — during a settler attack on the town of Aqraba.
All the casualties were transported to the hospital for medical assistance.
The Palestinian health ministry identified the martyr as 24-year-old Mu’ien Asfar.
In a separate incident in Jenin City, two women and a girl child sustained injuries when an Israeli military vehicle deliberately rammed their car.
A Red Crescent crew promptly provided medical assistance to the wounded before transporting them to the hospital for further treatment.
