JENIN (Palestine Foundation Information Center) A Palestinian young man was pronounced dead on Tuesday evening after he succumbed to a serious bullet injury he sustained when the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed Jenin City last Thursday.
According to medical sources at the Ibn Sina Hospital, 18-year-old Nouruddin Yassin, a resident of Deir Abu Da’if in Jenin, died of a critical bullet injury in his head.
The young man was injured after Israeli forces stormed al-Jaberiyat neighborhood in Jenin City on February 29 and encircled an apartment building.
Later, dozens of citizens gathered outside the Ibn Sina Hospital in Jenin before carrying the young man’s body and marching through the city’s streets while chanting slogans against the Israeli occupation.
