RAMALLAH (Palestine Foundation Information Center) A Palestinian young man was pronounced dead on Wednesday evening after he succumbed to a serious bullet injury he sustained on Tuesday when the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) opened fire at local youths in Ramallah.
The young man was identified as 25-year-old Fahim al-Khatib, from Beitunia town in Ramallah.
Khatib suffered a serious bullet injury in his abdomen during clashes with Israeli forces in Ein Misbah neighborhood of Ramallah City.
The clashes started after the IOF stormed the neighborhood at dawn Tuesday to kidnap Mohamed Majed and his father, both ex-detainees, from their home.
Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli occupation forces have killed 342 Palestinian citizens in the West Bank.
