TULKAREM, (The Palestine Information Centre)The Palestinian young man Ayed Abu Harb was shot and killed and another injured after the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed in large numbers Nour Shams refugee camp, east of Tulkarem, on Tuesday morning.
Medical sources confirmed that Abu Harb was directly shot in the head before being proclaimed dead.
Local sources reported that a large number of IOF troops broke into the camp accompanied by two military bulldozers before storming a number of local homes and deploying snipers on their roofs.
During the raid, the IOF destroyed the main street adjacent to the entrance to Nour Shams camp and a number of vehicles parked in Al-Mahjar Lane, which led to the outbreak of armed clashes.
Since the start of the year, 233 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli gunfire, including 45 children, 11 women, and 8 elderly people
