political and religious parties demands to observed Quds Day at the official level

Karachi  (Palestine Foundation Information Center)  Palestine Foundation Pakistan (PLF) organized a Palestine Solidarity Conference in a local hotel under the title of Ramadan Month of Palestine campaign. In the conference, various political and religious leaders approved the joint resolution.
Dr. Sabir Abu Maryam presented the joint resolution. While saying that the US is responsible for the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza, the aggression should be stopped immediately. With the end of the aggression in Gaza, all the Israeli occupying forces should leave Gaza. The provision of life support including food and medicine should be ensured on an emergency basis. A complete and permanent ceasefire should be established and the Muslim world and the world should play their role in rebuilding the destroyed houses and buildings. International Quds Day is celebrated on the last Friday of Ramadan throughout the world. This year, in solidarity with Gaza, the government of Pakistan announced to celebrate last Friday of Ramadan as International Quds Day at the official level. Muslim countries, Arab and non-Arab countries must cut their ties with Israel and stop the delivery of oil, gas and food and other goods to Zionist regime. The Palestinian resistance movements Hamas, Islamic Jihad, Hezbollah, Ansar Allah in Yemen and Iraqi resistance declare their full and full support. The government of Pakistan on the issue of Palestine continuous silence is a question mark. The government of Pakistan should take practical steps to end the aggression in Gaza. Aid delivery should be ensured to help the Palestinian people. The policy of the father of the nation, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, regarding the cause of Palestine is one of the golden principles, and Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah has declared Israel is an illegitimate state and never recognized it. He clearly declared not to do it. We support this policy and condemn official or non-official voices raised against this principle. Palestine is the homeland of Palestinians and Israel is an illegitimate Zionist state. We support the right of return of the Palestinians and support the right of self determination of the Palestinian people’s aspirations through a referendum. We strongly condemn the Indian aggression and occupation of occupied Kashmir. We fully support South Africa’s actions in the International Court of Justice. We call for a boycott of all products in Pakistan that directly or indirectly benefit the usurping Zionist regime or its western supporter’s governments.

Addressing the conference, Pakistan People’s Party Secretary General Center Senator Taj Haider said that today’s conference is representing the people of Pakistan because every section of Pakistan is present in this conference. The operation of Hamas is a step for the liberation of Palestine. The operation of Hamas has sent a message to the whole world that America and Israel are not to be feared. The public opinion in the whole world is in favor of Palestine. I tell the Israeli Prime Minister to destroy Hamas. It is only your dream to do. The people of Pakistan are with their Palestinian brothers. The world should find a permanent solution to the Palestinian issue according to the wishes of the Palestinians.
Addressing the conference, the head of Jamiat Ulema Pakistan, Sahibzada Abul Khair Muhammad Zubair, said that on Palestine the occupiers are the killers of the prophets. The Israeli forces know how much they have lost. Those who claim to eliminate Hamas are eating their mouths. All possible aid should be given to the Palestinian people. The people are boycotting Israeli products. There has been a significant impact on the economy.

In the conference, MQM Pakistan leader and former interior minister of Sindh Dr. Rauf Siddiqui said that one and a half billion Muslims should raise their voice for the Palestinians. It is regrettable for the criminal silence of the Islamic countries. The Jewish settlement in Palestine is fake. Our rulers are afraid of the American ambassador. The sacrifice of mothers and children everlasting history is being made. No power can stop the freedom of Palestine now, the colonial forces have retreated in Palestine.

Addressing the conference, PTI leader Firdous Shamim Naqvi said that the delivery of aid should be ensured to help the Palestinian people. He support the resistance movements of Palestine. The government of Pakistan has acted very cheaply on the issue of Palestine. However, the government should openly support the oppressed Palestinians. Muslim rulers do not support Palestine. Muslim rulers are threatened by European countries in supporting Palestinian Muslims. Arab countries are the allies of European countries including America, Britain, and France.

In his address to the conference, PML-N leader Nihal Hashmi said that our country has been held hostage by the IMF. If the flag of Palestine was not taken away in PSL, the aid would have been taken away. The people of Palestine succeeded by making sacrifices. The blood of the Palestinians is in the hands of the callous Muslim rulers.
Asadullah Bhutto, Sarfaraz Heathrow, Qari Usman, Mahfuz Yar Khan, Allama Baqir Abbas Zaidi, Allama Mirza Yusuf Hussain and Brigadier (R) Ali Haider Kazmi said in their speeches at the conference. The need of the time is to help the Palestinians. We cannot remain silent on the genocide in Palestine, if the government is unable to take measures, then the people should be allowed, the people themselves will help their Palestinian brothers.
