Yemen (Palestine Foundation Information Center) Several Arab capitals witnessed large demonstrations in solidarity with the Gaza Strip and in rejection of the ongoing Israeli aggression on Friday.
Tens of thousands of Yemenis took to the streets in Sanaa, affirming their support for Gaza amid the ongoing Israeli aggression against the Strip. Several pro-Gaza rallies were also held in other Yemeni cities.
Participants in the demonstrations raised the Palestinian flag and banners denouncing the continued Israeli aggression against Gaza.
Pro-Gaza slogans were also chanted during the rallies, including “Oh Gaza, oh Palestine, all Yemenis are with you,” and “Oh Gaza, we are with you, you are not alone.”
Iraq
A large demonstration was held in Baghdad, Iraq, in support of the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.
The participants demanded an end to Israeli aggression and an end to the Israeli siege on the Gaza Strip.
Jordan
In Jordan, a large demonstration was organized in the capital, Amman, protesting against the US-sponsored sanctions against UNRWA.
The demonstrators also hailed the steadfastness of the people of the Gaza Strip and the Palestinian resistance. They also called on Arab and Islamic countries to support the right of Palestinian refugees to return to their homeland.
Morocco
Thousands of Moroccans demonstrated in several cities to demand an end to the “Israeli starvation policy against the people of the Gaza Strip.”
For the 17th week, Moroccan cities such as Tetouan, Fez, Ibn Jarir, Zayou, Berrechid, and Kelaa M’Gouna (north) have witnessed popular demonstrations in solidarity with the Gaza Strip.
