ATHENS, (The Palestinian Information Center) The Hind Rajab Foundation filed an official complaint on Wednesday with the Supreme Court of Greece against an Israeli officer currently in the country as a tourist.
According to the foundation, the Israeli officer served as a battalion commander in the Givati Brigade, which has been involved in the campaign of genocide against Palestinians in Gaza.
The foundation stated that the complaint is supported by evidence holding the officer individually responsible for war crimes and acts of torture in Gaza.
This move is part of broader legal efforts by human rights organizations to pursue individuals suspected of involvement in violations of international law.
