WEST BANK, (The Palestinian Information Center) The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped a number of Palestinian citizens during raids in the West Bank last night and on Friday morning.
According to local sources, the IOF kidnaped over 15 citizens following raids on homes in Hares village, west of Salfit.
Among those detained are Omar Samara, chief of the village council, and his deputy Tayseer Kulaib.
In Qalqilya, the IOF set up a makeshift checkpoint in the central area of the city, where they stopped citizens and interrogated them.
One young man was reportedly kidnaped by the IOF during his presence in the city’s main street.
In Ramallah, the IOF kidnaped three citizens after raiding their homes in al-Mughayyir town.
The IOF also stormed other areas of the West Bank, with no reported arrests.
