SANA’A, (The Palestinian Information Center) Yemen’s armed forces claimed firing three drones Monday afternoon targeting the Israeli airports of Ben Gurion and Ramon, as well as a “sensitive” target in the Dimona area of southern Israel.
Military spokesman Yehya Sariee said in a statement aired by Yemen’s al-Masirah satellite channel that the operation, which “successfully achieved its objectives,” was in support of the Palestinian people and their resistance and in response to the Israeli crimes of genocide and starvation in Gaza.
For its part, the Israeli occupation army said in a statement yesterday that a drone launched from Yemen triggered warning sirens in Be’er Ora settlement near Eilat and that the drone was intercepted by its air forces.
