WEST BANK, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), Extremist Jewish settlers and Israeli forces continued on Monday to carry out extensive bulldozing and uprooting operations targeting trees around Palestinian homes in the village of Qaryut south of Nablus in the occupied West Bank.
According to local sources in Qaryut, these bulldozing operations have caused extensive damage to vast tracts of Palestinian-owned land planted with olive trees.
The sources warned of an Israeli plan to isolate the village from the areas around it and control roads leading to it.
In a separate incident, a horde of settlers released in the morning their livestock into swaths of cultivated land in al-Minya al-Qarn area east of Sa’ir town, north of al-Khalil.
Settlers routinely destroy West Bank crops by grazing their livestock in Palestinian agricultural areas to impose their de facto control over more lands, local officials warned.
