NABLUS (Palestine Foundation Information Center) Several Palestinians were injured on Monday evening after clashes broke out in Iraq Burin village, south of Nablus, in the northern West Bank.
The clashes erupted when the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed the village amid heavy fire of teargas and sound bombs.
On the other hand, the IOF stormed Idhna town, west of al-Khalil, in the southern West Bank.
A violent raid and search campaign was conducted in the town.
Local sources reported that the IOF raided the Khallet al-Labid neighborhood and the Martyrs’ Cemetery area, before breaking into a number of local homes, including the house of Idhna mayor Jaber Tamizah, who was also subjected to field investigation.
During the raid, violent clashes erupted amid heavy use of live and rubber bullets and gas and sound bombs.
