WEST BANK (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped at dawn Tuesday a number of Palestinian citizens during raids in the West Bank.
According to local sources, the IOF kidnaped three citizens following raids in the villages of Beit Furik and Madama in Nablus province.
The IOF also stormed Beita town in southern Nablus and fired tear gas canisters at local residents, with no reported arrests.
Meanwhile, the IOF imposed in the morning movement restrictions on Palestinian vehicles at checkpoints around Nablus City.
In Bethlehem, the IOF kidnaped two young men after ransacking their homes in al-Khader town.
In al-Khalil, Israeli forces stormed Beit Ummar town and carried out violent raids on several homes, amid clashes with local youths.
Local sources said that 12 citizens, including relatives, were taken prisoners during the IOF campaign in Beit Ummar town.
11 other citizens were kidnaped from their homes during an IOF raid in as-Samu town, south of al-Khalil.
