WEST BANK(Palestine Foundation Information Center)The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped at dawn Saturday a number of Palestinian citizens during raids in different West Bank areas.
According to local sources, the IOF kidnaped 14 citizens during raids on homes in al-Jalazon refugee camp, north of Ramallah.
In Nablus, the IOF kidnaped two young men, residents of Beit Iba village, after intercepting the car they were aboard in a checkpoint near Qusin town.
The IOF also stormed the towns of Qusra and Beit in Nablus and ransacked homes, with no reported arrests.
In Qalqilya, violent clashes broke out last night between local youths and Israeli forces in Azzun town.
In another incident, the IOF stormed al-Khalil City and raided the homes of martyrs Abdul-Qader al-Qawasmi, Nasrallah al-Qawasmi and Hasan Qafisha, who carried out a shooting attack last November at the Tunnel checkpoint in Bethlehem.
According to local sources, the IOF notified the martyrs’ families of its intent to demolish their homes in the coming days.
Meanwhile, four Palestinian young men suffered bullet injuries after the IOF stormed Yatta town in southern al-Khalil and clashed with local youths.
Local sources said that the IOF ransacked homes and stopped and searched vehicles during its raid in the town.
