WEST BANK, (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped a number of Palestinian citizens and injured two others during raids in the West Bank last night and Wednesday morning.
According to local sources, the IOF raided homes in Burqa village, northwest of Nablus, interrogated local residents and kidnaped one of them after assaulting him.
Israeli forces also kidnaped two citizens from Salem village in Nablus and raided a mosque and homes in Nablus City.
A young woman was reportedly injured when an IOF jeep rammed into a Palestinian car near the as-Salam Mosque in the west of Nablus City.
In Tubas, the IOF kidnaped two young men after ransacking their homes in the city.
The IOF also kidnaped a teenager from Kafr Ra’i town, southwest of Jenin, and a child during his presence near a cemetery in al-Khalil City.
15 other citizens were taken prisoner during IOF raids on homes in different areas of al-Khalil City, amid large-scale road closures across the province.
In Tulkarem, Israeli soldiers stormed the city, where they intercepted and searched vehicles in its streets, chased young men and opened fire at them.
One young man suffered a bullet injury during the IOF raid in Tulkarem City.
