WEST BANK(Palestine Foundation Information Center)Six Palestinians, including two children and a woman, were injured on Monday in Israeli gunfire and assaults, as well as a vehicular ramming incident involving a military vehicle, in Al-Ram town northeast of Occupied Jerusalem, and Jenin and Nablus in the northern West Bank.
In Jenin, a man and his wife were injured after an Israeli military vehicle rammed into their car in the town of Burqin, west of the city.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said that its crews transported the injured to the hospital. The couple sustained injuries when their vehicle was struck by an Israeli military vehicle as the Israeli forces passed through the town’s entrance.
In the town of Al-Yamun, west of Jenin, two 15-year-old boys were shot by Israeli forces as clashes erupted during an Israeli military raid into the town. One was injured by live shrapnel in the neck and back, and the other in the thigh, according to the Red Crescent.
In Al-Ram, a young Palestinian man was shot by Israeli forces who had raided and stationed themselves in the center of the town.
The Red Crescent, in a statement, said its crews in Ramallah treated a youth who had been shot in the leg with live ammunition in Al-Ram, and transported him to the hospital.
In Nablus, the Red Crescent reported that its teams treated a 19-year-old who was beaten by Israeli soldiers in Askar refugee camp, east of the city.
In a related context, Israeli occupation forces arrested a young man from the town of Silwan, south of Occupied Jerusalem.
Jerusalem Governorate stated in a brief statement that Israeli forces arrested a young man, whose identity remains unknown, from the Ain al-Louza neighborhood in Silwan.
In Bethlehem, Israeli forces raided the town of Al-Khader, south of the city, stationed at the entrance of “Umm Rokba” on the main road, and fired sound bombs and toxic gas at homes. No injuries were reported.
