The student community should support Palestine as well as defend the ideology of Pakistan. Dr. Sabir Abu Maryam

Karachi (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Secretary General of Palestine Foundation Pakistan (PLF), Dr. Sabir Abu Maryam, has said that Israel is an illegitimate state, and the two-state solution is like oppression of Palestinians. He expressed these views while addressing the Quds conference held at Bahria University in Karachi on Monday.
Al-Quds conference was organized by Dar-e-Khidmat Foundation in which thousands of students, teachers and intellectuals participated.
Addressing the Al-Quds Conference, Dr. Sabir Abu Maryam said that the Zionists established an illegal Zionist state on Palestine with the help of the United States and Great Britain and expelled the local residents of Palestine from their homes and homeland. Millions of Palestinians are still living in force exile.
He said that Palestine has always been the land of Palestinians. Before the year 1948, Muslims, Christians, Jews all lived as Palestinians in Palestine, but the illegal state of the Zionists and the atrocities of the Zionists committed genocide on the Palestinians.
Dr. Sabir Abu Maryam said that the issue of Palestine has always been the most important issue. The issue of Palestine is the issue of the whole humanity. Zionists are the enemies of humanity.
He said that the Palestinians are being massacred on the American orders in Gaza. International institutions are silent spectators. The Arab governments are also taking advantage of America and Israel, the market of conspiracies against Hamas is being heated.
He said that we have to keep exposing all these conspiracies.
Dr. Sabir Abu Maryam said that on the one hand, twenty-five thousand innocent human lives have been lost in Gaza, but it is a pity that the top government officials of Pakistan are talking about a two-state solution, which is the violation of ideology of Pakistan and the father of the nation Jinnah on the other hand. There is a deviation from the ideology of Muhammad Ali Jinnah, on the other hand, there is another injustice against the Palestinian people.
He said that Palestine is the homeland of Palestinians and Israel is an illegitimate state. Pakistan’s government’s stance on a two-state solution is also harmful for the Kashmir issue.
He further said that in the two-state solution supported by the US and Arab governments, neither the Palestinians can keep their own army nor have the option to create their own currency. What kind of state will it be? Talking about any such state raises questions on the honor and dignity of Pakistan.
He said that it is the duty of the student community to come to the field for the dignity and honor of Pakistan and to support Palestine as well as to defend the ideology of Pakistan.
Dr. Umair Siddiqui, Sibtay Hasan, Syed Adeel Shah, President of Dar Khemat Foundation Shayan Sati and others were also present.
