KARACHI  (Foundation Information Center)  The Secretary General of Palestine Foundation Pakistan (PLF) Dr. Sabir Abu Maryam has said that youth are the main pillar of the society. The role of youth is important to highlight the issue of Palestine. He expressed these views during a meeting with the delegation of the Dar Khidmat Foundation (DKF) and students on Thursday.
The delegation met Dr. Sabir Abu Maryam under the leadership of DKF Chairman Shayan Sati.
Talking to the students, the Secretary General of PLF shed light on the changing situation regarding the Palestine issue and on this occasion highlighted various aspects of the struggle including the history of Palestinian resistance. The students also asked questions related to the recent situation in Palestine, which were answered and discussed in detail.
During the meeting, Chairman DKF Shayan Sati informed the details of his organizational activities and the efforts made for Palestine. It said that more awareness programs will be organized in the future.
Dr. Sabir Abu Maryam has appreciated the efforts of DKF and said that PLF Pakistan appreciates the passion of the youth and the efforts made for the Palestine issue. We will continue all possible support for the Palestine cause.
On this occasion, a detailed briefing was also given to the delegation regarding the activities and projects of Palestine Foundation Pakistan.
