GAZA (Palestine Foundation Information Center) Thousands of Moroccans expressed their rejection on Friday of Israel’s plan to forcibly displace Palestinians from the Gaza Strip, who have been facing an ongoing genocide for the 20th consecutive month.
This came during demonstrations organized by the Moroccan Commission in Support of the Ummah’s Causes for the 78th week under the slogan: “Gaza is Bleeding.”
The commission held protests in several cities across the kingdom, including Chefchaouen, Tangier, Meknes, Ksar El Kebir, Agadir, Taza, and Azemmour.
Participants raised banners in support of the Palestinian resistance and the steadfastness of its people, alongside Palestinian flags.
The demonstrators also condemned the continuation of the genocidal war carried out by Israel in Gaza since October 7, 2023, which has resulted in over 177,000 Palestinians killed or wounded, most of them women and children, as well as more than 11,000 missing and hundreds of thousands displaced.
