Istanbul (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The 3rd World Youth Conference titled from Storm Al-Aqsa to Storm Ummah has started on October 18, Friday, in Istanbul, Turkey.
Delegates from 55 countries around the world are participating in the conference. The conference is organized by the World Youth Forum.
Representatives of various youth and student organizations, including representatives of Hamas, Islamic Jihad and Hezbollah, are also participating in the conference.
In the third World Youth Conference, the Pakistani delegation is led by Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman, while Palestine Foundation Pakistan (PLF) Secretary General Dr. Sabir Abu Maryam, Asif Luqman Qazi, Nazia Ali and others are also participating in the conference.
In the World Palestine Conference, special prayers were offered for the martyred leaders of Hamas and it was decided to highlight the Palestine issue in a full way.
In the conference, the American government has been held responsible for the ongoing Israeli aggression in Gaza and Lebanon and the aggression has also been demanded to stop immediately.
Dr. Ashraf Awad, president of the conference, says that the purpose of the third world youth conference will be to raise awareness of the effects of the Al-Aqsa storm and to describe the effects of Palestinian resistance among the youth of world.
While addressing the conference, the delegates of various countries including Hamas leaders paid their respects to martyr Sheikh Ahmed Yassin, Sheikh Abdulaziz Rantisi, martyr Ismail Haniya, martyr Hassan Nasrallah and martyr Yahya Sinwar.
The speakers also paid great tribute to the actions of the resistance forces of Yemen and Iraq and called all possible assistance to the Palestinians as the need of the era.
The method of activating youth and student organizations to highlight the Palestine issue was also discussed in the conference.
It should be noted that the three-day conference will end on October 20.
