GAZA, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), Two Palestinian citizens were martyred and another one was injured on Monday in Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip, amid other ceasefire violations persisting for the 121st consecutive day in different areas of the coastal enclave.
Medical sources reported in the morning that Nabil al-Rahal, 54, was killed by Israeli gunfire in the town of Beit Lahia, northern Gaza.
A fisherman was also injured by Israeli drone fire as he was on the beach of Rafah in southern Gaza.
Later in the afternoon, farmer Khaled Baraka was shot dead by Israeli forces east of Deir al-Balah in central Gaza.
Meanwhile, Israeli armored vehicles opened fire towards Al-Falah School in the Asqula area of Gaza City’s az-Zeitoun neighborhood.
Israeli forces also carried out demolitions and artillery shelling in their deployment areas in az-Zeitoun neighborhood.
Loud, successive explosions were heard east of Gaza City, resulting from the detonation of booby-trapped armored vehicles and additional demolition operations.
In southern Gaza, Israeli warplanes carried out airstrikes targeting areas east of Khan Yunis, amid intense aerial activity over the southern areas of the Strip.
In eastern Khan Yunis, Israeli forces detonated residential buildings, while gunboats opened machinegun fire into the city’s coastal waters.
