WEST BANK (Palestine Foundation Information Center) A young man with special needs was injured by Israeli gunfire northwest of Salfit on Friday evening.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society affirmed that a 25-year-old young man with special needs was shot and injured in the knee by the Israeli occupation forces near Deir Istiya, northwest of Salfit.
The injured young man was subsequently transferred to the hospital.
For his part, local activist Nazmi Al-Salman said that the Israeli forces opened fire at the young man while he was on an agricultural road connecting the towns of Deir Istiya and Qarawat Bani Hassan.
In a related context, a teen was injured by Israeli gunfire during the clashes that erupted in Beit Furik, east of Nablus.
The clashes broke out when the Israeli forces stormed the town amid heavy gunfire.
