GAZA (Palestine Foundation Information Center) UNRWA has said that the Israeli occupation army has been preventing the entry of fuel into the Gaza Strip for more than 100 days, warning that this fuel crisis threatens to bring all humanitarian operations in the war-ravaged territory to a complete halt.
“Health, water, food, and communications are all at risk” due to the fuel crisis in Gaza, according to UNRWA on Monday.
“Humanitarian operations cannot run without fuel. Without fuel, lives will be lost,” UNRWA warned.
UNRWA called for necessarily lifting the siege on Gaza and allowing the entry of fuel shipments into the coastal enclave.
