WEST BANK, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), The Israeli occupation authority (IOA) demolished two Palestinian homes, on Tuesday morning, and notified citizens of its intent to raze other homes in the West Bank, including Jerusalem.
According to local sources, Israeli bulldozers demolished a house belonging to a Palestinian citizen in the town of Rafat, northwest of Jerusalem.
Other residents of the same town were served Israeli demolition orders against their homes.
Israeli forces also demolished a house belonging to a Palestinian in Deir Qaddis town, west of Ramallah.
According to official Palestinian statistics, the IOA has carried out about 1,000 demolition operations since the beginning of the current year in different areas of the West Bank, resulting in the displacement of more than 8,000 Palestinians.
