GAZA, (The Palestinian Information Center) Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, has published new video footage of two Israeli captives, along with the message “time is running out.”
The Hebrew media confirmed the identity of one captive in the video, saying he was 24-year-old Guy Gilboa-Dalal.
The three-minute video, published on the Brigades’ Telegram accounts, shows Gilboa-Dalal above the ground in a car speaking in Hebrew. He is later seen talking with another captive.
In the video, Dalal introduced himself and mentioned the date of filming, August 28.
“We thought we were prisoners of Hamas, but the truth is that we are prisoners of our own government — the government of Netanyahu, Ben Gvir, and Smotrich,” Dalal said.
He accused the Israeli government of making lies all the time and obstructing the return of Israeli captives to their homes.
