GAZA (Palestine Foundation Information Center) At least 25 Palestinians were killed, and 50 others were wounded in an Israeli attack on tents of displaced people in Mawasi northwest of Rafah on Friday evening.
The massacre caused a new and large displacement wave in the Mawasi area after Israeli tanks bombed the displacement tents.
Israeli tanks pushed deeper into western Rafah in south Gaza, firing shells at displaced people’s tents, leaving many casualties among them.
The Israeli forces burned several Palestinian homes before withdrawing from Rafah, which increased the suffering of the residents.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society confirmed that its crews are dealing with a large number of martyrs and wounded people following the Mawasi massacre.
