OCCUPIED JERUSALEM, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), The Israeli police forces escalated their repressive measures against Palestinian residents of Occupied Jerusalem, summoning several individuals, including former prisoners, for interrogation, and banning a female activist’s entry into the Aqsa Mosque.
According to the Jerusalem Governorate, Israeli intelligence summoned four men and a woman for questioning at Al-Qishla Police Station in Jerusalem’s Old City.
In a related development, the Israeli authorities handed a six-month expulsion order from the Aqsa Mosque to female activist Aida Al-Sidawi.
This came as part of an ongoing policy aimed at tightening restrictions on Palestinian activists, especially those who regularly remain stationed at the Mosque.
