GAZA, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), Four Palestinians were martyred and others injured in Israeli airstrikes targeting areas east of Gaza City on Thursday, in what officials say is part of a continuing pattern of ceasefire violations.
Local sources reported that one Palestinian was martyred and another seriously wounded after an Israeli strike targeted a group of civilians in the al-Tuffah neighborhood, while two others, identified as Hamza Siyam and Mohammed Farhat, were martyred in a drone attack in the al-Zeitoun area.
The attacks come amid ongoing Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement, which have, since October 2025, resulted in the killing of at least 677 Palestinians and the injury of more than 1,800 others.
Hamas spokesperson Hazem Qassem condemned the killings as a “serious and deliberate breach” of the ceasefire, accusing Israel of escalating its offensive and continuing what he described as a war against Gaza’s population.
He also called on international mediators and guarantor states to take concrete action to halt the violations, end the blockade, and stop what he described as daily attacks on civilians.
