Gaza City Incident: Wall Collapse Claims Child’s Life

GAZA, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), A 14-year-old boy was killed on Wednesday evening after a wall collapsed on him in Gaza City.

According to the PIC correspondent, the victim, Adham Al-Attar, was a displaced child who died when a wall fell due to strong winds near the municipal park in Gaza City.

In recent days, several displaced civilians have died as a result of collapsing walls and structurally unsafe buildings, which had been severely damaged during the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza.

In a related development, the latest daily statistical report on casualties from the Israeli assault indicated that four victims and 14 injured people were received at hospitals across the Gaza Strip as of Wednesday.

The report noted that three of the victims were newly recorded, in addition to one individual who died from previous injuries.

It also stated that a number of victims remain trapped under rubble or lying in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense crews are still unable to reach them.

Data showed that since the ceasefire on October 10, a total of 677 people have been killed, 1,813 injured, and 756 bodies recovered.

According to cumulative figures since the start of the Israeli aggression on Gaza on October 7, 2023, the total death toll has risen to 72,253, with 171,912 people injured.
