GAZA, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), Gaza’s ministry of public works and housing has announced a final deadline of November 10 for residents to vacate four buildings in Gaza City deemed at risk of collapse after sustaining damage in previous Israeli attacks, warning of forced evacuation measures if necessary to protect lives.
In a statement on Thursday, the ministry said that these four buildings pose a direct threat to their residents, noting that “its engineering and technical teams had conducted damage assessments in coordination with relevant government authorities and identified the measures required for each structure based on its level of risk.”
“We are coordinating with the interior ministry and other relevant authorities to manage the evacuation process, mitigate its humanitarian and social impact on affected families, and provide them with assistance where possible,” the ministry affirmed
