WEST BANK, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), The Hamas Movement has strongly denounced the armed settler attack on the West Bank village of Qaryut, which resulted in the martyrdom of two Palestinian brothers and the injury of other citizens.
In a statement on Monday, senior Hamas official Abdul-Rahman Shadeed condemned the settler attack on Qaryut as an “organized crime committed under the protection of Israeli forces.”
“This incident is part of a series of systematic attacks targeting villages and towns across the West Bank, alongside the daily raids of Israeli forces, as part of a policy of collective punishment and terrorism,” Shadeed said, stressing that such practices would never break the Palestinian people’s resolve and steadfastness.
Shadeed warned of the grave implications of this Israeli escalation and government-backed settler aggression in the West Bank, considering these attacks “organized terrorism against Palestinian citizens and their property.”
The Hamas official urged Palestinian residents in West Bank villages and towns to close ranks against settler attacks and ensure that no area is left exposed or vulnerable.
