GAZA, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), The Hamas Movement has dismissed a report by the Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth claiming that its leadership conveyed a threat, through a UN official, to carry out an attack similar to that of October 7, 2023.
Hamas spokesman Hazem Qassem refuted on Thursday the Israeli media report as “untrue,” denying that any such threat had been conveyed through a UN official.
The spokesman stressed that Hamas remains committed to the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip.
He called on mediators to take immediate action to put an end to Israeli violations against Palestinians in Gaza and ensure full compliance with the ceasefire agreement.
