WEST BANK, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped several Palestinian citizens, including four young women, in the West Bank last night and at dawn Tuesday, while extremist settlers assaulted and injured two children on a road between Ramallah and Nablus.
According to local sources, Israeli forces carried out a wide campaign of raids and arrests in Tulkarem, mainly in the city’s suburbs of Artah and Shuweika, targeting a number of citizens, most of them former prisoners.
Local sources said that the IOF kidnaped at least 13 citizens during raids in different areas of Tulkarem province.
At dawn, Israeli forces kidnaped four female students of Birzeit University following raids in Ramallah.
Local sources reported that the forces kidnaped student Natalie Abu Diyaa after raiding and searching her family’s home in the town of Birzeit.
Another student, Julan Abu Awad, was kidnaped by Israeli forces from the female students’ dormitory in Birzeit.
The same sources added that student Laila Khalil was taken prisoner after her family’s home in Beitunia town in Ramallah was stormed by Israeli forces.
Student Sama Safi was also kidnaped in an IOF raid on a house in Ramallah.
Israeli forces also stormed the village of al-Mughayyir in the northeast of Ramallah and assaulted residents during raids on homes. A number of citizens sustained injuries after being assaulted by soldiers.

In Nablus, the IOF kidnaped nine citizens from the village of Surra and confiscated a Palestinian vehicle after storming the area of Jabel Bir Qouza in the town of Beita.
Meanwhile, two Palestinian kids sustained injuries when a horde of Jewish settlers attacked a car traveling on a road between Ramallah and Nablus, particularly near the illegal settlement of Shilo.
