WEST BANK, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), Several areas across the occupied West Bank witnessed a new wave of Israeli military raids and settler attacks early Friday, including home raids, arrests, and attacks targeting Palestinians and their vehicles.
In Jenin Governorate, the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) raided the town of al-Jadida and searched a home. The raids also extended to the town of Ajja, south of Jenin.
Settlers used pepper spray against Palestinians between the towns of Arraba and Ya’bad, south of Jenin, injuring a young girl and two young men.
In the village of Osarin, southeast of Nablus, confrontations broke out after the IOF raided the area and fired tear gas at young Palestinians.
The IOF troops also raided a home in Beita, south of Nablus, and arrested Alaa Yahya Adili.
In the Iktaba suburb east of Tulkarem, Israeli forces arrested Mahmoud Abu al-Khair after raiding his home.
Confrontations also broke out between young Palestinians and Israeli forces in Beit Fajjar, south of Bethlehem.
Settlers attacked the al-Buweira area east of al-Khalil, while Palestinian vehicles were targeted with stones near the town of Kafr Laqif, east of Qalqilya.
The IOF troops also raided al-Mazra’a al-Gharbiya, northwest of Ramallah, while settlers carried out provocative tours in Khirbet Samra in the northern Jordan Valley.
