IOF kidnaps several Palestinians during raids across the West Bank

WEST BANK, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed different areas of the West Bank last night and at dawn Monday, raiding homes and kidnaping a number of Palestinian citizens.

According to local sources, the IOF kidnaped two citizens from Bethlehem City and another one from Aida refugee camp in the north of the province.

In Ramallah, Israeli forces kidnaped two young men after ransacking their homes in al-Jalazon refugee camp.

Israeli forces also stormed Birzeit University north of Ramallah, assaulting 40-year-old campus security guard Bashir al-Khatib and raiding the physical education faculty building. Soldiers reportedly wreaked havoc on the contents of the building.

In Nablus, Israeli forces stormed the town of Qusra and kidnaped three citizens following raids on homes.

In Tulkarem, several Palestinian workmen were taken prisoner during their presence in the plains area between the towns of Attil and Deir al-Ghusun.

In Jenin, a large number of Israeli troops stormed Silat al-Harithiya, al-Yamun, and Kafr Dan, raiding and searching several homes.

In east Jerusalem, Israeli police forces kidnaped a number of young men in the town of Hizma.

Police forces also stormed the town of al-Ram, north of Jerusalem, and launched a teargas attack on Palestinian vehicles, with no reported arrests.
