WEST BANK, (The Palestine Information Centre)The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped a number of Palestinian citizens during dawn and morning raids in the West Bank on Monday, amid clashes and resistance operations in some areas.
According to the Asra Media Office, the IOF kidnaped at dawn 11 Palestinian citizens during raids in different West Bank areas.
Local sources in Jenin said that the IOF kidnapped two citizens from the city and its refugee camp and three brothers from Ya’bad town.
In Nablus, Israeli forces kidnaped two young men from their homes in the city and Askar al-Balad village.
The IOF also kidnaped four young men from Turmus Ayya town and al-Jalazon refugee camp in Ramallah province.
Meanwhile, Palestinian resistance fighters opened fire at Israeli forces and their vehicles after they stormed Burqa village in the northwest of Nablus.
One teenager was reportedly injured during clashes between local youths and Israeli soldiers in Burqa village.
A homemade explosive device was reportedly detonated at IOF vehicles after they entered the eastern area of Nablus City.
In Jericho, local youths set fire to an Israeli army post near the Aqabat Jabr refugee camp.
In al-Khalil, resistance fighters attacked the illegal settlement of Etzion in the north of Beit Ummar town with a highly explosive homemade bomb and opened fire at the settler outpost of Asa’el.
