AL-KHALIL(Palestine Foundation Information Center)A Palestinian young man was shot dead by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Wednesday morning at the junction of Beit Einun in northern al-Khalil in the West Bank.
Eyewitnesses said that Israeli soldiers at a checkpoint near Beit Einun opened fire at a young man driving a car at the pretext of intending to carry out a car-ramming attack.
After the soldiers opened fire at him, the young man lost control of his car and hit a wall in the area, where he was left bleeding to death.
Other eyewitnesses affirmed that the young man was killed for no reason.
Palestinian security sources identified the martyr as 28-year-old Basil al-Muhtaseb.
