WEST BANK, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) carried out raids last night and at dawn Saturday in several areas of the West Bank, breaking into and ransacking homes.
Local sources said Israeli forces stormed Balata refugee camp east of Nablus and raided several homes.
The IOF also stormed the town of Habla in southern Qalqilya, the al‑Fari’ah area south of Tubas, Jenin City, and the town of Meithalun.
In eastern Tulkarem, Israeli forces stormed al‑Rashid neighborhood in the east of Dhanabah suburb, where they ransacked a house.
In al-Khalil, Israeli forces raided a home in the Sha’abeen neighborhood of Yatta City.
Meanwhile, a horde of extremist Jewish settlers spread through swaths of Palestinian-owned land in the Rajum Ali area of Masafer Yatta, south of al-Khalil.
Other settlers also released wild boars towards citizens’ homes in the Hamroush area of Sa’ir town, northeast of al-Khalil, in an attempt to terrorize residents.
On Friday, Israeli forces kidnaped a Palestinian citizen after beating him during a settler attack on the town of Beit Furik in the east of Nablus.
The Red Crescent said Israeli soldiers beat a man in his 40s before arresting him, noting that it requested assistance from the Red Cross to check on his health condition.
Local sources explained that settlers, under military protection, stormed the eastern area of Beit Furik and attacked homes, prompting residents to defend their property.
They added that Israeli soldiers abetted the settlers in their attack and assaulted several residents, while preventing ambulance crews from reaching the wounded during the events.
