Israeli Forces Detain 24 Palestinians in West Bank Raids

WEST BANK, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped 24 Palestinians across the occupied West Bank early on Thursday, including a journalist and a woman, during raids in the West Bank.

According to local sources, at least 23 young men were kidnaped following IOF raids on homes in the town of Hajjah, east of Qalqilya.

In al-Bireh, Israeli forces kidnaped journalist Alaa al-Rimawi after raiding his home at dawn.

In Nablus, Israeli forces kidnaped a woman during a raid in al-Ain refugee camp west of the city.

The IOF also raided a house in the village of Kafr Qallil, east of Nablus, and stormed al-Deheisha refugee camp south of the city, where they searched one of the homes.

In Jerusalem, Israeli police forces raided the town of Abu Dis, east of the city, detaining and interrogating several young men inside the town’s club.

Meanwhile, the IOF carried out raids in other areas of the West Bank and used buildings and homes as military posts, particularly in al-Khalil, Tulkarem, Nablus, and Qalqilya.
