GAZA, (The Palestine Foundation Pakistan)The Hamas Movement has condemned the Israeli massacre of the Shaaban family in Gaza City’s az-Zeitoun neighborhood as a “blatant violation of the Gaza ceasefire agreement that further exposed the aggressive nature of the Israeli occupation.”
In a statement on Saturday, Hamas accused the Israeli occupation regime of persisting in carrying out attacks and crimes against the Palestinians in Gaza despite the ceasefire agreement.
“This horrific crime has become part of the occupation’s long record of massacres and violations, further confirming that the blood of our children and women remains a direct target of the Zionist killing machine, which brutally assaults human values and international resolutions,” Hamas said.
The Movement called on the mediators, including the US administration, to pressure the Israeli government to respect the ceasefire agreement and put an end to the targeting of civilians in Gaza.
The civil defense service in Gaza reported on Friday evening that the Israeli occupation army committed a new massacre against civilians from the Shaaban family in Gaza City’s az-Zeitoun neighborhood after targeting a car carrying them.
According to the civil defense, the Israeli attack on the family’s car claimed the lives of 11 civilians, including seven children and two women.
