GAZA (Palestine Foundation Information Center) During its ongoing genocidal war on Gaza, the Israeli occupation army has destroyed the waterfront area along the Gaza City seashore, including the corniche and tourist and service facilities.
“The occupation deliberately destroyed the city’s waterfront, its various tourist structures, hotels and service facilities, al-Rashid street, and its corniche, and caused extensive damage and destruction to citizens’ tourist and service businesses,” the Gaza City municipality said in a statement on Sunday.
The municipality added that the Israeli army also destroyed important public facilities and infrastructure belonging to it, including the Sea Club, the beach park, different recreation facilities, kiosks, and walkways.
